alita is one of my best friends. we met in college at a restaurant we both worked at and became really good friends right away. i have so many memories from my days of college (let’s be honest, i slept through much of school). we lived together, backpacked through europe for a month together, she took me to NYC, new jersey and atlantic city for the first time, she taught me the ways of east coast rap, and someone i could always confide in. now we’re all old and each have a plethora of children. 🙂 i’m so happy i was able to capture the love of her family. they came for spring break from california, what a blast to see her. love you ali shamali!
